Much like my Aunt Sophie’s reluctance to text, B2B marketers were a bit slow to adopt social media. However, once B2B companies began viewing their customers as individuals instead of organizations and embracing social media to make better connections, they also starting reaping the rewards in improved ROI. While B2B marketers use an average of six social media platforms, Linkedin has been deemed the most effective. It’s easy to see why it’s a good fit, as it allows you to join discussion groups and professional networks. You can make the most of these forums by regularly posting quality content, offering suggestions, answering questions and learning from customers.
